Oligofructose complex imitates the natural nutrient delivery process found in fruits and vegetables. Oligofructose complex binds minerals to organic compounds (amino acids and oligofructose) to dramatically improve absorption and protect the potency of antioxidants and vitamins during the digestion process.
Scientists have discovered that most vitamins, including the world's best-selling brands, are poorly absorbed and even worse, they prevent both natural and anti-oxidant supplements from working.
Dr. Garry R. Buettner, the head of the Free Radical Research Institute, from the University of Iowa, considered the world's number one authority in the field of free radical research, made the discovery.
Dr. Buettner and a team of scientists tested the world's leading vitamin supplements. The team of researchers discovered that the process used by almost every vitamin manufacturer prevents anti-oxidants from working in the small intestine.
Oligofructose complex is the world's only multivitamin delivery process that accomplishes two things:
1) proper mineral absorption, and
2) does not destroy the value of anti-oxidants(like vitamins A,E,C). [read more]

Gosh, this just makes me grateful to live in the West where fresh, organic fruit and vegetables are easy to come by. Thanks for sharing!
One could never begin to eat their way to all the nutrients a body needs. TOO much food to consume! With all the free radicals in our world today "organic fruits and veggies" alone don't stand a chance of helping us. I do eat organics and still add a vitamin to my diet. We need too! I am thankful I am not taking a vitamin from any other company than the one that offers the patent pending OligoFructose Complex!! Check them out! WHY would you waste your money on a vitamin that is harming you by throwing off free radicals?

That is why I consume Dr. Nappi's Healthy Ride nutricueticals (fruits, greens and protein)!
Nothing is better!
